We at Envogue Floral Studio use both trusted external couriers and/or our own reputable in house courier to deliver your goods.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given our staff or entered in are incorrect, Envogue Floral Studio will not refund any payment. If you wish to re-send the order again it will be at your full expense. Delivery times may vary and will never be guaranteed. Envogue Floral Studio is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Envogue Floral Studio and each situation can be considered and dealt with differently. All our deliveries are ATL (authority to leave). Our drivers will ensure to leave any goods in a safe, out of weather position. If this is not available and our driver need to return any items to our store, the sender will be charged a $20 re-delivery fee.



If for any reason you need to make a cancellation of an order, the full amount will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee if you provide Envogue Floral Studio with 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unfortunately unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.



Envogue Floral Studio handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. As each flower is unique and may require different care, for this reason, we ask that you please call our team on 0414 722 049 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your gift or order within 24 hours. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher may also be given in the amount paid. Refunds will be made excluding delivery costs, if Envogue Floral Studio finds that our team were not liable for the issue or concern raised. Refunds are made at the discretion of Envogue Floral Studio and will be done so in a timely manner through our accounts team and unfortunately can not be done at each individual consumers request. IMPORTANT: Any concerns raised 24 hours upon receipt of delivery or product leaving the store in the event of a store pick up, Envogue Floral Studio will review and act accordingly. Envogue Floral Studio WILL NOT be liable for damages, longevity or quality of your product if we are notified after the 24 hour period. 90% of our products are perishable items and therefore we are unable to determine and ensure the adequate care was taken by the consumer once the products leave Envogue Floral Studio.
